To use the Smith’s Food & Drug Inspiring Donations Program you
must have a registered Smith’s Food & Drug rewards card
account to link to Calvary Chapel Silver Springs.
*If you don’t yet have a Smith’s Food & Drug rewards card, please
just visit the Smiths Customer Service counter and let them know you would like to sign up for a rewards card.
