Jennifer Arthur – CEF State Coordinator
The Good News Clubs are just one of the ministries of CEF, and in order for Pastors and church leaders to learn about CEF, it takes a lot of time on the phone and on the road. That’s where Jennifer comes in. Jennifer is constantly reaching out to Pastors to let them know about the opportunity to host a Good News Club after school in public schools in their own communities. We count it a privilege to help support the work that Jennifer does on behalf of CEF.

LIFE CHOICES exists to save unborn children from abortion by empowering individuals to make healthy life choices through education, medical services, and practical support. We do this for the glory of God and to share the love of Jesus Christ.
WE BELIEVE that when “mercy and truth have met together” through compassionate, non-judgmental care, the results are amazing and wonderful for our clients and our community, both now and for eternity.
WE ARE HERE to advance the cause of Life, in Christ’s love, to bless our entire community. Since 1983, Life Choices has faithfully sought to save and protect the most vulnerable lives in Carson City and beyond. We work against the tide of sexual irresponsibility, epidemic STDs, unplanned pregnancies, abortion, broken relationships, and broken lives. We help to move people off the path of destruction and onto the path of Life. Because of the mighty work of God and partnerships with others…
What Is The Mission of SGWM?
Saving Grace World Missions exists to reach people of every tribe, tongue, and nation with the Gospel. Specifically, our vision is to reach those who are “unreached” (those who have never heard the Gospel) with the saving news of Jesus Christ.
How Does SGWM Fulfill That Mission?
Saving Grace World Missions fulfills their vision to reach the “unreached” with the Gospel of Jesus Christ in three primary ways:
1. Missionary Care
SGWM is a sending organization for missionaries. This means that, among other services, we assist with practical, emotional, and spiritual needs of missionaries. Assistance with practical needs includes administrating the missionaries’ finances and communication of both their ministry needs and their needs with their supporters. Spiritually, we provide counseling, pastoral care, and ministry oversight to our missionaries.
2. Raising Up Nationals
We believe that the nationals of any people group are best able to reach their own people with the Gospel. Therefore, our vision is to raise up saved nationals as evangelistic leaders in their own native area. We do this by means of personal discipleship, pastors’ schools, and bible colleges in the countries we work in.
3. Church Planting
As a ministry of Calvary Chapel, we seek to follow the blueprint of missions work laid out in the book of Acts. This is through planting churches (in our case, Calvary Chapel’s) as hubs of Gospel work in a given area.
Missionaries that Calvary Chapel Silver Springs is able to help support include:
Worker 2

Praise the Lord for His grace that saved me and continues to keep me!
I was born and brought up in a family with a false religion. My father was a drunkard which caused financial problems in the family. I could not continue school because of our family’s financial problems. My father also became very sick because of the alcohol. He went to so many doctors but did not get well.
Finally, a pastor came to our house and shared the Gospel with us. He prayed for my father. My father’s health started improving and a few weeks later he was healed. That was a turning point for us. We accepted the Lord. I wanted to go to Bible college to learn God’s Word.
However, I could not go then. The next year my pastor helped me get admitted to College. He booked me a train ticket, put it in my hand and asked me to go to learn God’s Word. After completing two years of learning, I came back to my hometown to serve the Lord. I have been ministering. I conduct Sunday Services at my home. Ten to fifteen people come each week. Most of them are new believers from the same religion I grew up in. Please pray for me and the ministry. Thank you!
Worker 7

Worker 7 was raised in a Christian home. As a teenager, he turned away from his faith and made bad decisions but as a young man, he gave his life fully to serve Jesus knowing that the world had nothing to offer him. He heard about Calvary Chapel Bible College in a nearby country from a friend. He had a hunger to know God’s Word and was accepted and graduated from the two-year degree program.
His heart was burdened to return to his home country in the 10/40 Window to reach his own people with the Gospel and to equip others in the Word of God as he had been. Worker 7 is part of the Bible College staff where he is involved in teaching, discipling, and planning outreaches for the students to prepare them to plant churches throughout the 10/40 Window. He is a dedicated servant of the Lord, musician, and gifted in administration which makes him such a vital part of the ministry team.
Worker 10

Worker 10 is the only Christian in his family. He desperately wanted to learn more about God’s Word and how to share his faith with others, so he attended the School of Ministry. There was a small group of believers in his village. Worker 10 returned to start a church and continues to pastor this church and has seen some growth. There are many others to be reached in his village, and many more villages in the surrounding region that need the Gospel. Worker 10 tirelessly shares the Gospel with those he meets. He is seeking to plant churches in unreached and hard to reach areas.
Please join us in lifting up all the missionaries. Your prayers for God’s guidance and His will to be done as they minister unto the King of Kings and Lord of Lords.
